In contrast to the non focused-caring approach, which strives to bring awareness (cognitive understanding) of that etiological embed-like sequela of pain, loss and suffering, it is the focused attention through directed and simultaneously spontaneous caring for another at precise increments of trauma’s dissolution that  expunges the etiology, meaning facilitates to conclusion of molecular extinction of pre-trauma existential elements of identity (reality). Hence, “focused-caring” is not didactic based instruction and other education intended to facilitate realization. That may likely and even will notably occur through the applications of the structured ETM TRT approach; but it (achieving realization through such concepts as awareness) is never the “curing” element and particularly is never the goal of that therapy (didactic models that aspire to help by teaching self-realization concepts) as exemplified in the focused-caring methodology. For descriptions of “focused-caring” as used in this Etiotropic trauma management model, see the related elements of ETM TRT SHOM literature that demonstrate how the focused-caring application is administered through application of “Etiotropic Incremental Fusion Induction.” It is one of the mainstays of the referenced cure for psychological trauma and its behavioral counterpart, PTSD.
